About Us

Nicki Worley has 15 years experience working in health and safety. Initially Nicki worked as a facilities manager at a residential higher education institution near Guildford, Surrey. In 2004 she set up nicola worley consultancy, an independent health and safety consultancy. Working as a consultant to businesses and organisations in the south east of England Nicki also has considerable experience supporting organisations operating from historic sites and the voluntary sector.

Nicki is a qualified safety, health and environmental practitioner and fire risk assessor. A  member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Nicki holds the NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.  She is also a member of the Fire Protection Association.

In 2010 Nicki received an award for Best Candidate from NEBOSH (National Exam Board in Occupational Safety and Health). She collected the award from Judith Hackitt CBE (Chair of the Health and Safety Executive) in a ceremony at Warwick University.

Mary Brightman. If you intend to tender for contracts with Government bodies, local authorities or larger organisations, you’ll need to speak to Mary. Mary looks after quality management systems. Since 1988 she has prepared businesses and organisations, from small engineering companies to NHS departments, for certification to ISO 9001. She has an excellent track record, all her clients having achieved registration at the first attempt. Mary frequently retains her role with her clients, continuing to act as quality manager/advisor and quality auditor. She is a member of the Chartered Quality Institute and works with Nicki with clients requiring ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 18001 (Occupational Safety and Health).
